CBLA was a real, abandoned FBI technique. That history is not proof it was switched on for Kirk. Inconclusive striation on a deformed jacket is the boring explanation. Native ATF/FBI worksheets close this. Until they are public, treat the ‘revived CBLA’ story as her inference.
