Utah DPS commissioner. 11 Sep briefing: good video of a college-age figure who blended in, climbed a roof shortly before noon, jumped, and fled into a neighborhood.
Bill Ackman
Investor. Owens described a June 2025 influencer meeting as an Ackman-led intervention that threatened Kirk over Israel. Ackman and others present denied it.
Brian Davis
Utah SBI agent. Author of the probable-cause statement. At the July 2026 prelim he introduced the redacted recorded Twiggs interview and described use immunity.
Brian Harpole
Kirk's security director. Founder of Integrity Security Solutions. After the shooting he said UVU police promised rooftop overwatch, then nobody was on the roofs.
Caitlin Oliver
ATF DNA section chief. Prelim testimony: samples from the rifle were at least 1 trillion times more likely to include Robinson than not, the lab's ceiling statistic.
Candace Owens
Commentator and former TPUSA communications director. Principal public voice arguing Robinson is a patsy and that federal evidence was concocted. Her claims are catalogued here as claims, not as the site's conclusions.
Chad Grunander
Deputy Utah County Attorney. Named on the 16 Sep 2025 Information caption with McBride, Hunt, Sturgill, and Ballard.
Charlie Kirk
Victim. Shot once in the neck at Utah Valley University on 10 Sep 2025 while speaking at a Turning Point USA campus event. Pronounced dead the same day. Age 31.
Chris Bagley
Former UVU officer. First to the Losee roof. Found a gravel sniper pad, no spent brass, then an empty holster in the grass. Bodycam died on the roof. Said Chief Long was next to him when they agreed it was a rifle shot. Charging: he judged the roof about 160 yards from Kirk.
Christopher Ballard
Deputy Utah County Attorney / office general counsel. Graf held him in civil contempt 26 Jun 2026 for media comments that the office had ample evidence Robinson murdered Kirk. Death-penalty sanction denied.
Dan Flood
Named by Owens as a Kirk security contact who received a 'they are going to kill me' text the night before the shooting. Native message not in this file. Not independently quoted in the court coverage we hold.
David Hull

US president. Announced Kirk's death on Truth Social at 2:40 p.m. 10 Sep 2025. Ordered flags at half-staff. Later blamed the 'radical left' and talked of a crackdown on groups he associated with the killing.
Emma Pitts
Deseret News reporter in the courtyard. Told NPR she saw blood come from the left side of Kirk's neck, then he went limp. Close public witness to the wound, not to the roof.
Erika Kirk
Widow of Charlie Kirk. Later CEO of Turning Point USA. Crime victim in the Utah case. Has pushed for a speedy, public trial and has publicly rejected Owens' conspiracy framing.
George Zinn
71. Detained on campus after yelling he had shot Kirk. Later admitted the shout was to hinder police. Charged with obstruction. Separately charged, and later convicted, of sexual exploitation of a minor. Sheriff: no evidence he colluded with the shooter.
Hunter Kozak
UVU student who was questioning Kirk about transgender mass shooters in the seconds before the shot. The timing fed motive conspiracies. Kozak later called it "the worst question" he could have asked.
