Snow’s public role in this file is: he told Owens he recognized Erika Kirk and Harpole at an Arizona army post. Harpole’s complaint says that is false. Coverage of Snow’s other claims (cartels, personal history) is not a UVU fact. Do not promote him to a case witness.
