Owens has said she is “99.9% certain” Robinson did not shoot Kirk from a rooftop alone. She has alleged fabricated roommate texts, incomplete fingerprint/ATF discovery, Egyptian military flights tracking Erika, TPUSA money problems, a French/Legion overlay, Pierre Falcone, an Ackman “intervention,” a security-team inside job, a Fort Huachuca meeting, a “they are going to kill me” text, an exploding wireless mic, and (Jan 2026) that Kirk thought he was a time traveler. Fellow conservative voices (Shapiro, Loomer, TPUSA’s Kolvet and Neff) have accused her of aiding the defense and slandering the widow. Harpole sued her and Mitch Snow over the Arizona-base claim. The Utah defense team has not publicly made “he wasn’t there” its theory. Campus surveillance the state says shows Robinson was played at the prelim.
