Owens has said she is “99.9% certain” Robinson did not shoot Kirk from a rooftop alone. She has alleged fabricated roommate texts, incomplete fingerprint/ATF discovery, Egyptian military flights tracking Erika and present at Provo Airport on 10 Sep, and TPUSA financial irregularities. She has also circulated Israel / France / security-team theories at various times.
Fellow conservative voices (Shapiro, Loomer, TPUSA’s Kolvet and Neff) have accused her of aiding the defense and slandering the widow. The defense team has not publicly made “he wasn’t there” its theory. Campus surveillance the state says shows Robinson was played at the prelim.
