Born 14 Oct 1993. Co-founded Turning Point USA in 2012. Close Trump ally. The UVU stop was the fall kickoff of the American Comeback Tour. He had hosted Candace Owens at UVU in 2019. Ticketing was not enforced. No metal detectors.
On 10 Sep 2025 he came on stage about 12:09 p.m. MDT, threw hats, and began speaking about 12:11. At 12:23:30, during a back-and-forth with student Hunter Kozak about mass shootings, he was hit once in the neck. Witnesses including reporter Emma Pitts described massive bleeding from the left side of the neck, then limp. Six men carried him to an SUV at 12:23:55. He was taken to Timpanogos Regional Hospital in Orem and pronounced dead. President Trump announced the death on Truth Social at 2:40 p.m.
This file treats Kirk as the homicide victim. It does not litigate his politics except where a claim says those politics are a motive. Authenticated Oct 2025 WhatsApp messages show he had told colleagues he was losing a Jewish donor and had “no choice but to leave the pro-Israel cause.” That is political evidence. It is not a murder order.
