ATF report read in court: cartridge casings from the St. George apartment had been fired by the woods rifle. Separate from the autopsy jacket fragment, which stayed inconclusive.
This is the toolmark claim people mix up with the fragment. Home brass to recovered rifle, if the report is real, puts that gun in the apartment’s shooting history.
