Information: from 11:51 until the railing cross, the figure walked with little bend in the right leg, 'consistent with a rifle being hidden in his pants.' Limp then gone on the roof.
The charging paper infers a hidden rifle from gait. Native video is the test. If the same person, the limp should have a cause. If two people, this is the splice.
