Rooftop screwdriver

Evidence Contested Direct Official copy physical

Found on the Losee roof. FBI: very strong support that DNA on it (and the towel) came from Robinson and Twiggs. State's July 2026 memo: used to assemble the rifle. Defense: DNA does not time the deposit.

A family rifle can carry household DNA from home. A screwdriver on the firing pad is harder to explain as innocent sharing, if the attribution holds. Bakker reported some degradation on that sample. Native lab packet is not here. “Used to assemble the rifle” is the state’s inference in the 28-page memo, not a witnessed assembly. Split from the towel/rifle DNA record so the pad item can be attacked or corroborated on its own.
