Information: roommate found a note under the keyboard, 'I had the opportunity to take out Charlie Kirk and I'm going to take it.' Police say they have a photograph. CNN/hearing recaps often quote past tense: 'and I took it.'
Two published wordings of the same object. Charging paper is future tense. Later hearing coverage is past tense. That can be a compress, a longer note, or a real discrepancy. Native paper and Twiggs’ phone image are not here. Fabrication claims have to attack this object, not just the later SMS thread. A burnt scrap from a trash can was shown in court as possible later destruction of the same note; defense objected and the state moved on.
