State: auto-text at ~11 p.m. 10 Sep told Twiggs to look under the keyboard. Note (affidavit): morning mission, likely dead or prison, 'I had the opportunity to take out Charlie Kirk, and I took it.' Twiggs photographed it and put it back.
Public file has charging and hearing quotations plus a news description that a photo of the note was entered. Native paper, Twiggs’ phone image, and EXIF are not here. Fabrication claims have to attack this object, not just the later SMS thread. A burnt paper recovered from a trash can was shown in court as a possible later destruction of the same note; defense objected and the state moved on.
