Information: UVU officer judged the roof about 160 yards from Kirk. Affidavit / Wikipedia recap: about 430 feet (142 yards / 130 m). Same roof, two distances.
160 yards vs 142 is not a second shooter. It is a survey problem. Need a measured corridor (laser / map) from the gravel pad to the chair, not a mix of officer estimate and converted feet. A few dozen yards changes holdover, not identity.
