An empty (or not) pistol holster in the grass plus an unfired round on another roof. Defense used both to show discarded leads. Neither is a second shooter until a weapon, a person, and a wound path show up.
Hull said the extra round was an officer clearing a rifle. Bagley and another officer disagree on whether the holster was empty. Log the mess. Do not promote it to a second pad.
